Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don't have a complete portfolio? We realise that many athletes have limited experience in the commercial, TV, and film industry, and as a result, may not have professional headshots or demo reels. We will still consider incomplete portfolios, but we would like to see, as a minimum: a cover letter, resume, an amateur headshot (it must clearly show your face), and photos. Where do I send my portfolio? You can mail your portfolio or deliver it in person to: Reel Athletes Inc., 1305 Brunette Ave, Coquitlam BC, V3K 1G6. If you have further questions please feel free to email us at: info@reelathletes.com **please do not email us your portfolio since company policy does not allow us to open attachments from unknown addresses.** How to get an interview? Once we have received your portfolio we will contact you within 2-3 weeks to set up an interview. This interview is a very important part of our process, not only so we can get to know you, but so that you can have a strong understanding of what we do as well. Because the interview is an important part of our client submission process, please do not expect an on-the-spot inteview if you choose to drop off your portfolio in person.
